Your RCBC Pulz app is now enhanced with security features designed to provide stronger protection for select transactions and help safeguard your account from unauthorized activity.

Follow these steps to activate the feature:

STEP 01: Ensure the following are configured in your device’s Settings:

• Date & time must be set to automatic.
• Enable Biometrics (Face ID for iOS or Fingerprint Unlock for Android).
• Turn on Notifications for your RCBC Pulz app.

STEP 02: Update your RCBC Pulz app to the latest version: Android: 26.4.3, and for iOS & Huawei: 26.4.0

STEP 03: Log in to your RCBC Pulz account and update your password for additional security.

STEP 04: Enable Biometrics in your RCBC Pulz settings
